The biggest punishment would be losing your parents trust. Trust takes forever to gain back and its a position you don't want to be in.

You shouldn't sneak out at all. If you're parents go to check on you and you aren't there, they could be very worried. They may call the cops to look for you, and you could be picked up as a runaway and be put in juvie. I think you got it all wrong. There's a reason you're not allowed to date, I'm sure. You know, you can always date, but keep the relationship in school and over the phone. You're only 13 afterall. A lot of bad things can happen if you sneak out. You're not old enough to be able to take care of yourself if things go horribly wrong. Just obey and respect your parents. Quit trying to rebel. It's not worth it.

Hahaha awww Well, tehehe you sounded as if you're asking:
I got pulled over by police with no driving licence what is the fine for that ? LOL anyway:
It's up to your parents, are they tough ones? or do they go easy with you? but as far as i know 13 and no dating?? they're tough ones, so you can be grounded for a week or a month! but sneak out again till they get the point that you're old enough to DATE and you will keep doing this! although they will get worries but they are the ones responsible for your behaviour. Some parents just live back in 1970's lol they dun realize we're in 2007! No offence 4 yours!
GUD LUCK ;)

I guess it depends on the parents and what you enjoy doing, but i would guess at least being grounded. But 13?!? I know young kids "date" and get "boyfriends" and "girlfriends" but seriously, you don't need to do that. You're probably just doing it to be considered cool by your friends. Which is just plain stupid. So I suggest not going on any kind of date until you're allowed to. I know a true story about a girl who went on a date when she wasn't allowed and ended up in a car crash, her date died, and so did she a while later. As did the people in the other car, her parents. Maybe you should think on that huh?

If your parents don't want you to date now, then it's for a very good reason.

The worse thing you could lose as not a punishment but the consequences for "sneaking out" is losing your parents TRUST.

Just wait on it.

Don't sneak out!
and the punishment always varies from parent to parent.
it could be a very harsh punishment, and you won't like it.

**think about it, you have had a cute daughter, that you loved for 13 long years. and she dissapears, and ANYTHING could've happend to her!!

and of course you're not allowed to date, you're 13!!!...13!!!

don't worry about it. try 16.

my parents used to punish me by telling me i couldnt use the computer or my cell at night. they would take my cell into their bedroom so i wouldnt use it. but the computer was downstairs away from them so i used to use it when they were asleep. the punishment never stopped me from sneaking out again and i only got caught twice out of hundreads of times i snuck out (ages 14-18).

honestly i dont advise sneaking out. it is really dangerous. i was lucky no one ever kidnapped me. also in some towns if the police see you out they will take you home to your parents. sneaking out can become addicting and can lead you to hang out with the wrong people and end up doing things you shouldnt.. like drinking or drugs or even sex at a young age.

i know the these things because of personal experience i am older now and i regret ever sneaking out.

Ha ha...Depends on your parents. Some parents don't care and brush it off and some parents will get pretty pissed. Ha, how bout you save yourself the trouble and just not sneak out. At 13, you don't need to be doing that kind of crap anyways.

rules are usually set into place for a reason. Your parents have been teens once and they know all the tricks. respect your parents wishes, I know it sounds cool but think about this. Something happens to you while you are out, accident, rape, you get hurt or left by the person you go with. What happens when your parents cant be contacted and didnt know something has happened. this is something you will have to live with for along time. If your friends are truly friends they will understand your not going.
