Keep your hopes up. Is he micro chipped? GO to the local pound, humane society daily don't just call I lost one do to just calling. That hurt really bad too to go through assuming the worst that my lost one was gone for good to seeing him with his "new" owners at a pet store. I was relieved that he was safe though. Point being is they are not always a good judge on what your dog looks like or some just don't put effert into it. Prayers are strong. Good luck!!! Hugs from a pet lover and a Dober Mom. PS if you get him back please get the micro chip that way any vet or animal control can trace him right back to you.

Don't worry. I am sure little Corona will find his way back to you. Remember that you were nice to him and that he loved you a lot. When he realizes he can't live without you, he'll come back. Dogs have a great sense of direction and they will return to where the are from. Don't worry!

It may take Corona a couple days. If he is wearing a collar, then he will probably be found by someone and returned. You will find him, I'm sure of it! Don't think of how much you miss him, think of how much fun you'll have when he comes back.

Hope little Corona comes back home!

I know exactly what you are going through my grandpa just died in july and my dog just got hit by a car and unfortunately didn't make it about 2 weeks ago... I'm so sorry. I cry every time I think about it and everytime I see something that reminds me of them. Its very normal for us to cry about these things. Its the process of mourning. The only time you will need counseling is if you are thinking about killing yourself because you can't live without them. You should just talk to a friend or family member about it and cry just let it all out. After you talk you will probably feel better. It will get better. You will always be sad about it. But both of them are in a better place now. And they don't want you to be sad about it. I know you miss them but they will always be in your heart.

My dog, a German Shepherd went missing for 2 weeks, then one day he showed up at the door like nothing happened.

The 2nd time he disappeared we had the neighborhood looking for him and every time I went to where he was seen he bolted, then he just came back when he was ready.

Hope your dog comes home soon.

Hey, I cant begin to imagine how you feel and if that every happened to me.
I watched a TV programme and it said that a dog will still be able to smell your scent even if its 2 weeks old maby even going on to 4 weeks so there is hope your dog will be able to track a scent of you or a family member or even of its own scent were it peed on a tree =] x

Hi,
I feel your pain. I've never lost a pet, but I have had to put a couple down. Our pets are family. Think positive that you will find your dog, being negative only makes it worst. I'll say a prayer for you OK. Ask God for guidance. I'M POSITIVE YOU'LL FIND YOUR PET SOON!!!

make up fliers and go post them around where he was lost.
call or stop by animal shelters to put in a missing pet form.
contact or go to animal hospitals with his info and pic incase someone brings him in.
post on petfinder.com that he's missing too

Happened to my mom. Check every shelter everday, they say they'll call you, they won't. Also put posters everywhere in your neighbohood too! It took us 3 weeks but we got him back. Good luck and hope this helps!! Keep trying!!!!!!

I'm so sorry, I hope you find your dog. Cry it out girl, just let your emotions out, dont bottle it up. You will feel better as time passes.
