No. Light streaks in the hair can make a person look older. Black or brown hair with light blonde or White streaks etc.

Even roots don't make you look older, if anything, people associate roots with younger people who can't be bothered bleaching them.

The main areas which make us look older, are fine lines around the eyes, mouth and nose. As well as dry or lined skin on the neck and upper chest.

Sunspots or numerous freckles on the chest, are also an indication that a person went out a lot in the sun when they were younger. They tend to appear in the 30's of women especially.

Hair also can thin as we age and for men, the hairline recedes.

Taking care of your skin (your whole body) and staying out of the sun, is the best way to look your age or younger.
Sun baking, drinking a lot of alcohol or smoking, a bad diet and dehydration, all equal having ages skin beyond what you should.

Lightening your hair can give a younger appearance, but a new haircut can also give you a new lease on life.

A smile works wonders as well. There is saying that says, "A change is as good as a holiday". This is true. If you are feeling older and need a pick me up, go and get a new haircut or new colour. Alter your appearance for a confidence boost, while remaining who you are on the inside.

If you need advice on an eregy boosting dietm consult a Dietician or Nutritionist.

You could also consult makeup professionals as to the best products to use to make your skin look better. Sometimes women wear too much makeup which can age us greatly.

A Dermatologist or professional can also point you to great skin products to help clean and hydtare your skin. Yet! Remember that doing this in the inside is just as important on the outside.

because blonde hair is usually very bright, as people get older their skin get dull as do the redness of their lips and so forth. the eyes get smaller and the blonde hair usually helps pick up the wrinkles and it is not benefitting the skin.

a slightly darker color maybe even a strawberry blonde will help or low lights can calm down the hair to help add color to the aging face.

its just life in action.

Painted hair -especially badly and cheap painted hair - makes people look older, in a bad way (I mean a middle aged woman looks older when she dyes her hair, i believe, although her goal is quite the opposite). Young girls with natural hair are wonderful, but with dyed blond hair look ridiculous in my opinion.

When you are an older person, it can make you look older if you do not wear any makeup. Your skin may look washed out.
