Depends on what you like, but how about Eggo Waffles? Throw in the toaster and ready in 2 minutes. Have the whole grain kind with a cup of yogurt and it's healthy and satisfying.
I whip up French Toast in 7 minutes flat. I buy cinnamon bread to make it tastier. I take two eggs and scramble with a tablespoon of water or milk. I quickly soak the bread in the eggs and place the bread in a hot pan with a little butter or cooking spray. At medium high, I cook the first side 3 minutes...the second side another 2 minutes. Add some syrup or cinnamon/sugar and you're done.
My favorite breakfast is Fage Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey (okay...I use more than a drizzle....so sue me). That and a cup of coffee thrills me to no end.
Have a good morning!

Check the freezer section in the grocery store - they have a ton of breakfast items. Anything from waffles to quiche.
For something more healthy, mix yogurt, granola (or other cereal), and fruit. I use frozen fruit which I portion out into single servings and put into the fridge each night to thaw.
Another option is drinkable breakfast (like carnation).
I eat my breakfast at work to save time in the morning - maybe that is an option for you?

Toast is pretty fast. If you have a couple of minutes you can microwave scambled eggs. Spray a bowl with Pam , scramble 2 eggs, add a little bit of water, cover with plastic wrap, be sure to poke acouple of holes is it, microwaave for about 1 minute, 5 seconds, give or take a few seconds. You could put that on a toasted bagel and have coffee or milk and that's a pretty fast breakfast.

Put this in a crock pot tonight and it will be ready when you get up.
Crock Pot Morning Casserole
1 bag (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb. of bacon diced, cooked and drained or 1 lb. cooked ham, cubed
1 medium diced onion
1 green bell pepper diced
1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 dozen eggs
1 C. milk
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper (more or less to taste)
Place a layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by a layer of bacon then onions, green pepper and cheese. Repeat the layering process two or three more times, ending with a layer of cheese.
Beat the eggs, milk and salt and pepper together. Pour over the Crockpot mixture, cover and turn on low. Cook for 10-12 hours.

do yo drink coffe or hot milk or hot chocolate in the morning? try adding some instant oats in your drink. then you'd be 'drinking' something you like & 'eating' something healthy!
try mixing some tuna and mayo or some chicken and mayo the night before so you can make yourself a fast sandwich before you leave the house.
scarmbles eggs and cheese and toast fast too.
but then nothing beats cereas with fruits and milk. (wink wink!)
