I freely cop to playing"devil's advocate" on occasion, and therefore am prone to repent fairly regularly. Character defect wise, we are ALL enmeshed in the same mortal coil. Such is life for you and me on this plane that "no one is perfect; no, not one."

On a scale of 1-10 on my list of important daily concerns Bill Clinton is -1. He was an absolute joke and made our country look stupid. Unfortunately we will probably have to endure him as the "First Lady" after the elections. Perhaps Hillary can keep him locked away for the duration of her Presidency. Oh yeah and get those check books ready as taxes will go through the roof if she takes over.

If you think Billy was bad, you should take a look into the criminal records of some of our previous members of Congress. Many Republicans have been in the news lately on a local level, in trouble with the law for one reason or another....so I think it pretty much works both ways....
Our president (I use that term LIGHTLY) has also been in the news lately with his defense of his puppet Gonzalez. Even Bush isn't trustworthy.
No wonder people are starting to turn towards independents.

If John Howard did as Clinton did. He would be sitting better in the polls. A man is a man, no matter what title he holds.
Repent? For what?
The only being he had to repent to, was his wife!

Not the only, but for awhile represented what The United
States stood for. We all need to clean up our act, and that's
why we care.
