I cant even imagine where this one came from. First dogs don't sweat. Second who would own one if they did? Someone is pulling your leg.
Are you very young and confusing sweat with heat? Go talk to your mom.

Not that I know of. They bleed during their heat just like any other female dog... but while sweating... I'm pretty sure that would be a um.. no.
