Hummm?...Seems to me that you are already on that "track". You ask great questions that cause people to THINK, even those that are ignorant about the Word of God. You also cause the people that love the Lord, to share their own faith & wisdom that God has graciously given.
So what more could you ask? At least in this particular forum.
p.s. don't worry about the "basket cases" lol....God has a plan for their lights too...just as in Judges 7:17. Our "lights" have been given by God to use for specific purposes, when & where God wants us to use them. (He has prepared in advance the work's that we should do) So...even though someone may not be "shining" now, does not mean that the time for them to lift off the basket, or "break the clay vessels/pitchers" will not come. Be patient, loving & kind. Keep on speaking the truth, in love.
May the Lord continue to bless you!

People in this Q&A section are already preaching and teaching what the Bible really says. Unfortunately, they are labeled as "fundamentalists". Many others get angry and label people because they do not agree with the scriptures or the scriptures point out false teachings in their "religions".
The problem with many of the denominations is that they choose which verses to follow and ignore others. Or they decide which way a verse should be interpreted to suit their desires. The Bible was not written that way. The Bible was written literally and is easy to understand and follow. There is not as much room for interpretation as most people would like. The idea of "interpretation" was first developed by the early catholic church because many of their "beliefs" and traditions are contrary to the scriptures. In order to justify these errors, they claim that only the priests can fully understand the Bible. That, of course, is entirely false. If more people would study the Bible for themselves and "search the scriptures" instead of just listening to the priest, pastor, etc, they would discover the truth.
See source for info on how to study the Bible the way it was designed to be read and study it for yourself.

The truth of the matter is that God is the answer to every question one could ever have. People don't like it because He preaches morality and self control which is something that we here in America have such distaste for because we are sinners and we are used to getting our way. I can find biblical teachings for every question that I have ever answered on Yahoo but no people won't hear it and most definitely do not reward you for it. You can already see the persecution in some people's answers and questions. Preaching is not really the correct thing to do but offering an opinion from a biblical standpoint backed by facts from the bible would perhaps be more effective. It's so frustrating to see the opportunity to spare someone the pain and suffering that I went through before christianity but they do not hear it. Too many people think that you aren't allowed to have fun anymore but I can vouch that it is the opposite. They are living in sin and we need to pray for them.

The Word of God would pierce the hearts of those who have been cold and wake them up to real living. It is after all, a lamp unto the feet of them who choose to be led by God. It never returns void which means whenever it is proclaimed or written, it has an affect on those who read it. Either you make a decision for God or against Him. There is no middle ground. The great thing about God is that He gives us more than one opportunity to trust Him. Where are you today? Have you allowed His Word to penetrate your heart? Believe in Him without delay and call upon His name for forgiveness. I did this over 27 years ago and God is as real in me today as He was that night. I have felt His presence all of these years. I am content with what He has given me. There is no greater feeling than peace in your heart. Is there a void in your life? Do you feel lonely and misunderstood? Reach out to Jesus in faith and He will reach out and make you one of His own. God bless you!

Go For It! Freedom of Speech is a wonderful thing and founded our country. Lets not forget, it is in God WE Trust.
There is a freedom of religion for all! Foreigners have the same freedom to worship who they like but the country was based on bible principal.
Christians should always remain able to preach, teach the bible openly.

Someone will report you, they did me.But the filthy questions are ok.I try to love everyone, even unbelievers.I don't see anything wrong with giving your own opinion, telling stories you know,,,just as it isn't wrong for someone to quote Bible verses out of context..I don't know everything about the Bible or know every quote..and I don't particularly think that being able to pull a quote out of thin air every time,is a valuable tool...studying,reading the bible, and knowing you are a Christian, and sharing God's love with others is important to me.But your friends are truly friends, then they should already know you are a Christian right???If you are doing God's will.

People don't want to hear the word of God. People including myself are born of a sinful nature. I like the vs. that says broad is the way destruction and narrow is the way to salvation and few find it. People think they are in control of there lives and only call on God when there in a pinch. I depend on God for my everyday needs. I'm such a small person compared to the AWESOME Power OF GOD.

Full Gospel Shirley, you have said it all, and I cannot add to your answer, God bless you, and to all who answer, with love and honesty. To the others, God bless you too, and I do pray that one day, the bitterness and cynicism in your hearts can be replaced by God's love......and also for love of your own lives, and your eternal futures.
Don S. I agree with the others who point out that this is a Q&A forum, but just by raising the questions that you do, you are helping to get God's message of love out there.....
Preaching doesn't have to mean standing behind a pulpit, Living your life for Christ, and sharing it with us, is a perfect example of witnessing for Christ....

Every day before we ever click on "R&S" we should pray for wisdom. The truth MUST go out.
There are times I thought, "Lord if I write this the Asker of this question will only reject it" then I felt in my spirit, "Your answer isn't for the Asker but for the one who is reading the answers."
The truth can be preached on here, but only with wisdom from above.
I still battle the flesh during some Q&A's. Then I must remember.
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
2Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds;)

I agree with what you say. Unfortunately, the trolls and non-believers would end up having that person's account deleted. I truly wish we had a section that they could stay out of. If they don't want to hear what we have to say, don't come into R & S.
