Take charge, I don't like the idea of being led by someone that is less intelligent than me....

Depends on the situation (which sounds like a total cop out). In most cases I prefer to be the leader, but I will take a back seat and be led once in a while if I know the other person wants to be in charge.

That depends. If i know what to do, and am confident in my ability to do it, then i"m a take charge kind of person. If not, I prefer to be led.

Well bren, sometimes, taking charge can turn out to be just an illusion. Where there is risk involved I prefer to be captain of my own ship. However, I suspect that at times we're all of little of both don't you think?
