should i feel guilty if i smoke pot only at night to relax i don't smoke alot of it for me it would be like drinking a glass of wine at night to relax

Pot is illegal. A person ought to feel guilty when they do something illegal...especially when there is a legal substitute.

If that doesn't bother you, then think about all the people who are killed/abused/threatened in the drug-trafficking trade, just to make that pot available to you. Every time you smoke pot, you're risking somebody else's life.

Furthermore, studies show that pot fries brain cells, leading to a general lack of motivation. Wine, on the other hand, is not only legal (assuming you're of age), it's good for the digestion and good for the circulatory system when used in moderation.

Drink a glass of wine instead.

There are other factors to include. Is this going to affect other people? Is this a means to cope with a problem, which should be addressed rather than brushed to the side?

It could just be self exploration, or another situation which is not harmful. Such questions you need to ask yourself before you induce your mind into an altered state, make sure you are not doing this for the wrong reasons and no one such as children (if you have any) will develop a need for such substances.
