If you have a cramp in the stomach Bayer aspirin could cause you to have a burning sensation. Aspirin has a bad effect on the stomach. Instead I would recommend you place a hot water bottle on top of your stomach so that the cramp can be relieved. If this does not work see your medical doctor.

NOT AT ALL ...... IT will kill your stomach and will cause even more pain.
What you need is PRIMPERAN or an equivalent ...
