I know plenty of people who have gone on Weight Watchers and had lots of success. Of course with any program or diet you have to commit, all will work--you just have to find what works for YOU and what you can do for the long term, sticking with it is the key.

I am a huge fan of Weight Watchers. I lost 32 pounds on it. The key is eating healthy, portion control, and exercise. Any sensible weightloss plan should have those factors included. And the main key to success and keeping the weight off is to continue the program for life. Whatever plan you chose, make it one you can do for a long time. If not, whatever weight you lose will come back and usually even more than you'd lost. I wish you the very best of luck.

I did Jenny Craig for a while and lost 7 lbs the first week. I personally really like the South Beach Diet because I liked a lot of the foods listed as well as the recipes. Eating the small meals, cutting out the sugars (which takes about a week for the cravings to dissipate for me) and eating the healthy snacks helped me to drop weight rather quickly. The trick is to keep eating that way the rest of your life to keep it off. Granted we all have to cheat from time to time though!

Get the book Skinny B*tch, It changed my life. I read it. I don't want to spoil it. Two weeks later, I was in a pair of jeans I could not get into two years ago. From a 12 to a 10. It's all in freeing your body of junk. Don't forget to check with your family Dr. Good Luck.

only thing tha EVER worked for me was HCG.. I know that sounds crazy, but FOR REAL... I and many other people lost weight on it.. Women usually will lose about 30lbs in 45 days, and men will losed 45 in 45 days! Men always lose faster..
