What if I am wrong?

Well tell me if I haven't lived my life as a good >Insert belief system here< what happens to me when I die?

"What if" questions are like pie in the sky. They are conjecture and you can ask "what if" questions until you run out of breath. What if pigs could fly, would that mean that all mammals would have wings?

I live a good life because it goes along with my moral values and helps make friends and run an orderly society here and now. It also keeps me out of trouble and serves as an example to my kids and grandkids. Whatever happens after I die will happen. I have enough to think about right now and I don't worry too much about what effect it will have then. I believe that Christ will take care of all of that.

If you don't live your life as a good PERSON, which is what many religions try to promote (along with paying for the gold plated stuff that god wants), then you will be remembered as such. I live as a good person so that when I die my freinds and family will remember me fondly and miss me. After death the only way you live on is through your children and kind deeds. Look at how Leona Helmsly will be remembered.

Not a thing. You will be accepted for whom you are if that's what you want. Belief systems, religions are MAN made. Do not be afraid to live your life as it is very special.
Alternatively if your like me I am giong to die, and th's it gone...However its likely I as with others will be part of the stuff of the universe. I am NOT coming back...I told Him whom all believe in, I am Not!

thats the question isn't it! and that is why i don't follow a religion because we cannot be sure that the one we are following is the correct one!
How would you feel if you got to heaven if off course there is a heaven,
only to be told you lived your life worshipping a false god! sod off to hell!

Perhaps that is the way it is supposed to be.

By the way, if you are wrong, just make sure you didn't force any of your wrong beliefs on anyone else.
That is all that matters.

If you dont believe in God I dont know why you should be worried. If you have a relegion the relegion should say what would would happen to you. or example Catholics and as a caholic, I , believe if have done bad deeds, in order to purify one should go to purgatory.
