I'm interested in putting in two wireless IR cameras and a DVR to keep an eye on my property. Have you purchased any? If so, how did they work?

No, but I'd highly recommend getting lights too. Since you've decided on IR cameras, get cameras with build in IR lights.

Try doing a web search. Maybe type in "night security cameras".
Obviously, doing a web search is as passe' as reading an Owner's Manual.
