Yes. For those who ask "what god?" There is only One true God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob whose Son is Christ Jesus.
Jesus gave us the Holy Spirit who dwells within us. God put a part of Himself in each and everyone of us. God says, we are without excuse not to believe Him.

God the Father, in in His Kingdom, He speaks and things are done, He send His only begotten Son, to die, and pay the debt for our sin,so we could be saved alive.
When you believe in Jesus Christ, that He died for us, and you repent of your sins in your heart. Then you are baptized,and with the laying on of hand by God true minster, you are saved, and Jesus is living in you, and you are now living His life, and are becoming Holy, as He was Holy. Jesus said " you will not be alone, I will be with you always, My Father will sent you a Comforter(Spirit) to help you understand,every thing I have told you.

God will onlybe inside of you if you beleive he is. if you beleive god is inside every living being, is in life, watching over you than that can change your behavior, and attitude towards him. if god is inside of you you would be carefull of what you say, you would always speak the truth, and keeping the bad truth within you., you would speak nice things, see nice things, and hear nice things only. you wouldn't have any desires but to see god. the more beleif you have in god the more you will see that he is inside of you.

'god' is only in me if I choose to create the concept of god in my mind, but this doesn't imply any actuality.
But your question is actually meaningless. As far as I know pretty much every religion states that god is in all things. If god exists then the answer is always yes - if it doesn't then the answer is always no. So the question is really about whether god exists.
