You have a short. Check all of the lines going to the brake line to see where it is shorting out at. It will be 2 wires touching each other or the insulation off of the wire. You are better off disconnecting the one and running a new line. It is easier than trying to find the problem in the line you are using now. It is a short in the positive wire.

you have a short somewhere between the fuse box and your lights, you will have to trace the wiring from the lights back to the box and look for a bare spot or something of that nature in the wire. Most likely back by the light area.

You have what is called a bad ground wire. Fix the ground and you fix the burning out of fuses.

Its shorten out and blowing the fuses. Did you make any changes to your lights lately. Some of you lights maybe corroded. Have you tinker with the wires lately. Fixtures maybe in bad shape.

Take it to your local gas station they can change the fuse for $6.00 it should be no more than that. Then throw the macanic a few dollars and all will be well:)

Check the cable for chaffing where it comes through the chassis into the light cluster compartment. Also check the bulb sockets for debris.
