No baking soda will not hurt your teeth. My grandmother used to brush her teeth with it when she was young.

No, baking soda is great for ur teeth. I use Arm & Hammer Advance White with Baking Soda & peroxide. It will make ur teeth 3 shades whiter if u use the whole tube. I love it! My teeth feel so clean, and my breath is so fresh after brushing with that toothpaste. I would definitely recommend a toothpaste with baking soda!

Bakin soda is an abrasive so used alone is not advisable. Mixed with toothpaste in a small amount is recommended. Also, if you brush you teeth with just baking soda you will have a bad taste in your mouth. Buy a good brand toothpaste and you should be alright.
The romans used urine on their teeth...it whitened them but also ate away at the enamel leaving them with horrible dental problems after prolonged use.

Baking soda will help whiten your teeth. I use it everyday. No problems and it has been around for a long time. I remember my grandparents using it when I was a child. They had good teeth.

Baking soda does nothing for your teeth, good or bad. They put it in tooth paste because people want it, it's "natural".
It's what's on the handle not what's on the brush that counts.

Not at all, it's a great way to rid yourself of coffee and tea stains as well as freshening your breath. Don't worry about the scary dreams, I've had them as well ;-).
