So i'm pretty upset that I don't do well under pressure. If I perform on stage or something, I'll sing still, but my hand will feel cold and curl up... I hardly ever move on stage. If it's a matter of school... If I'm under specific hard time constraints, I never do well, or if I feel pressured to do well in school, I typically don't. Help? What's my problem?

When you feel pressured you tend to hold your breath and tense your muscles. Your body flashes back to other times when you were under pressure and felt stressed. Try to focus on breathing in and out slowly to force your body to relax.
