These sites have 'dream dictionaries'. Write down or remember situations, objects, colors, people, places, etc. and look them up on these sites. At least one (dreammoods.com) has a section called 'common dreams' in which they go in depth on common dreams (flying, being naked in front of people, running, etc.).

First, write down what happened in the dream, and include any objects which were present in the dream, such as a house, a road, a bird, tree, rock, telephone, etc.

List the objects in the dream separately from the actions of the dream.

Read it over critically as though you were making a critical analysis of any story.

Look up the objects' meanings in either an online dream dictionary, or the classic, 10,000 Dreams Interpreted Dictionary of Dreams by Gustavus Hindman Miller.

Some of the definitions from a dream dictionary will not apply to the objects of your dream, because they may be out-dated, or irrelevant, and it is up to you as the interpreter to understand that.

Using both the meanings of dream objects from the dictionary and your analysis of the actions or movements in the dream, you make your analysis.

It is very similar to analyzing literature. You have to look at all the components of the story line, notice all the events, details, and actions, study them as a whole, then make an intuitive leap to comprehension.

There s no one way. First and foremost you have to be able to cleanly say that all you say is bullcrap. THis way your mind is totally clear from any prejudices about what you see. Secondly, you have to be able to tell the difference whether what you see is an abberation of your mind, or an actual being. Becuase, you do see actual being human or desguised as such inside the dreams. If you can do these two things you can start "interpreting".

I understand what we consciously remember is the manifest contents of the dream. There are levels of our mind that we aren't fully consciously aware of and I believe spiritual levels.

There are many books about dreaming. Make it a hobby.

One very scientific individual was Freud and I believe he wrote the analysis of dreams. He also proved the existence of the unconscious mind.

Everyone can make what they want of their dreams! It's not the true meaning anyhow that matters, it's what it means to you!

dreams are sometimes images; dreams are homonyms, too. dreams are sometimes how you felt about a happening during the day.
