OneBurger King Whopper w/o mayonnaise has 510 calories http://www.bk.com/Nutrition/PDFs/eatingstrategy.pdf .

The average Adult requires only 2000 calories a day, so if I times 510 X 4, I'll get 2, 040 calories. I might even lose weight eating like that for a month, huh?
Not a bad idea, yes , no, huh?

It's a great idea if you want to commit gastronomic suicide or just ruin your health in the process.

Sure from a numbers point of view you're in the clear but numbers are only half the story. You'd be missing out on a lot of nutrition if you only ate Whoppers and you'd probably have a heart attack within a few months. Your liver would turn to pate because of all the fat you were eating. Your cholesterol levels would skyrocket and you'd probably develop high blood pressure from all the sodium in there.

So no, it's not a good idea. If you want to have a Whopper every once in a while, go for it but this shouldn't be consumed more than once a week.

According to calorieking.com, a whopper without cheese has 670 calories. Four of those in a day would be 2,680 calories per day. If you could be sure to burn more calories than that, then yes, you should be able to lose weight. Although, you'll have to drink only water and can't snack between Whoppers.

The 2,000 calorie "requirement" is for males who exercise regularly and don't want to lose weight. Inactive males require about 1,500 to maintain their weight, and inactive females require about 1,200.

The reason Burger King's website says the Whopper has fewer calories is because they consider the minimum food weight as their standard. Calorie King takes an average of several samples.

Even if you lose weight this way, you won't be making yourself more healthy. It's a very bad idea.

You'll lose weight because of malnutrition and sickness.

Stats say the average adult needs 2000 calories a day but depending on your metabolism, weight, and activity level you might need more or less than that. That's just an average guideline, not exact science for every adult.

It goes without saying how unhealthy Whoppers are for you. I work there and I don't even eat the food. If all you have are Whoppers, count on high blood pressure and malnutrition because you won't be getting the necessary vitamins and nutrients and you'll have too much fat.

If you do lose weight, you won't look good. You'll look unattractive and sickly and your skin will probably sag.

Horrible idea. You're probably better off sticking to your current diet than only eating Whoppers.

You would be lacking a lot of vitamins and minerals with that diet, too high in fat, low in fiber and other minerals. plus you are saying that you are drinking water only during the day??? I doubt that so you should add around another 1000 calories, which would put you up to around 3000 calorie intake a day. God, that is such a bad idea, way too many trans fat.
Had to look it up, first off 678 calories per whopper. Each whopper makes up 62% of your daily saturated fat intake, so your getting 248% of saturated fat per day, 116% of chesterol, and 152% of your sodium. God that is aweful. Goodluck with it though, I'm guess if you are asking this question you are bigger than the normal person already, so your caloeries per day is higher than the normal 2000 anyways.

A Whopper isn't unhealthy. Eating it wthout regarding the amount that you eat is. Eating it without taking into account how often you eat is unhealthy. Considering that it takes around 2-3 days to digest one Whopper, why do you want to turn eating into abuse? Do you have plans to take care of inevitable constipation. Another thought to take into consideration...you will become sick of Whoppers. This is probably why people think that they need to take a gut cleansing. In my opinon, the word calorie is used too much in connection to diet. Instead of making calories a part of the diet, think of how often you take in those calories. Understand your body before attempting any diet if you want to succeed. If the whopper diet was a good idea, why not make it your dietary lifestyle..

It is baffling what people will do to lose weight ,but as soon as you say you are doing Atkins you are bombarded with naysayers who will tell you you are going to die.

I had a friend in college who tried the same method of weight loss with Twinkees. On a bet. If you look at a lot of popular diets, you'll notice they involve eating the same foods over and over. Some people think the success of those diets is related to the body's inability to continue to process the same foods over and over. That theory adds an additional element to your potential success. Anyway, my friend discontinued the Twinkee diet because after two weeks he was dreadfully constipated and his gums started bleeding. Both risks, I suppose, can be associated with too much junk food.

A Whopper has about 50-60 grams of fat. If you ate 4 in a day you would probably gain 3 lbs in a week.

No, the Whopper has loads of unnecessary fats and carbs. You'll starve yourself of nutrients.
