My budget is around £40. He likes sports of all kinds particularly football. I'd like a 'memorable' keepsake. Any bizarre suggestions?

I see you want something unusual so why not get him a referees top everyone wears a Man U or such like top . I have often thought that if you wear one of these you will be the only person wearing one that is not on a football pitch. Most importantly would he have the sense of humour and the b*lls to wear it.

How about contacting his favourite football club - or cricket club or whatever club covers his particular sport and see if they do special visiting days. There are places that do guided tours etc. He might like that. If not, how about a balloon ride or go-kart racing. He sounds adventurous.

What about a pair of sneakers, or athletic wear. Does he drink? Buy his favorite drink. Or you could just give him a humourous card with 40.00 inside and call it a day.

What about this ring?? There are others too, depending on what team he supports. They even have dog tags with different teams on too.
