I removed my cpn from my case?

I removed my cpn from my case for very good reasons! I requested a new cpn. My old cpn continues to turn up at my door and phone me constantly. Over twenty times since I put in my request. I have heard nothing about a new cpn and this is over 3 weeks later. Help, what should I do? This situation is making my position worse.

Generally CPNs are too busy to make nuisance calls. Perhaps she is worried about your mental state?

Are you sending letters certified? Do you have proof that you requested these things? Do not answer the door to this person, and you will have to do a little research, as to who is the top person..find all your emails and print copies of them, if you have them, and send your request and reasons why, straight to the top, and make them sign for it, registered...I think you will then get action, and tell them you will sue them for harrassment if they don't good luck
