What do you mean, 'Christians shouldn't be naive about Jews'?
What exactly are you trying to imply here?
If you bothered to ever pick up a history book, you'd see that throughout history, it's the Jews who have been persecuted and killed, not the Christians, and certainly not the Christians being persecuted by the Jews!
Get your facts straight before posting any more nasty little digs at ethnic minorities.

Okay, this is from a traditional Catholic who has studied the Talmud...the Talmud, officially, has no opinion of Jesus (except perhaps the agreement that he is not the Messiah). Some of the *contributers* to the Talmud had some very nasty things to say about some man (apparently) name Jesus, but that doesn't mean that the entire work is presenting their opinions.
I've never met a single Jew who regards the Talmud as being holier than the Torah.
And being pro-Israel, which is a secular state, not a Jewish one, is unrelated to the Talmud. I'm not a big fan of Israel's current regime, but that has to do with its secular policies.

This is so full of errors, I must respond ad seriatim:
1. Jesus is NOT mentioned in Talmud. The obscure references to 'Ben Pantera' have been so interpreted by some.
2. And Ben Pantera's mother is NOT presented as a prostitute, but as a young woman who fell for the advances of a single Roman soldier.
3. You would be very hard pressed to find a single Jew who believes Talmud is 'even holier and more important than the Torah.' UNIVERSALLY in Judaism Torah is most important. Next in importance are the Prophets, then the Writings. Below ALL the Scripture, comes the Talmud.
You have been deceived by someone, dear boy, and have very much to unlearn.

Some Jews believe that the Talmud contains information concerning Jesus and His family, but if you look at the details, this is clearly not Jesus Christ. Especially considering the fact that the Jesus in the Talmud lived about a hundred years before Christ. Not to mention that the fact that the names don't match.

Jewish and Christian scholars have agreed that Moses was the original author of the Pentateuch except for Deut. 34, which recounts the death of Moses.
What can I tell you about the Talmud but that the religious Jews of the time did not accept Jesus as the Messiah.
Maybe holier to the unbelieving Jews, yes.

Sorry, you've been fed some vicious lies. The Talmud says nothing about Jesus or his mother. Jesus is totally irrelevant to Judaism. Our Bible had been written many centuries before he even arrived on the scene.
What does your book say about Mohammad? Your gospels spread hatred for Jews. Does it also spread hatred for Islam?
Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East. Do you prefer sharia law?

YES I have read that here:
http://www.revisionisthistory.org/talmudtruth.html
http://www.come-and-hear.com/dilling/dcontents.html
The Torah is a book of G-d, the Talmud is a book of men.
Yes in light of this it doesn't make sense for any Christian group to support Israel. Why would anyone at all want to support an apartheid Zionist state such as Israel. That doesn't make any sense. Sadly, US pay $billions to Israel in aid!!. See:

In the words of a Jewish Rabbi:
(quote) "The TALMUD both mirrors and constitutes the civilization of the Jewish people. Over the centuries, the Talmud became synonymous of Judaism to the extend that when a prominent Rabbinic scholar in the twentieth century, Rabbi Yehiel Yaakov Weinberg, wished to describe Judaism in general, he did it by refering implicitely to the Talmud" (unquote) -- Shmuel Wygoda*, Hebrew University and Herzog College. Source: http://ghansel.free.fr/wygoda.html
In the words of a Jewish zionist Israeli:
(quote) "...Judaism is a religion; but Zionism is a political movement started mainly by East European (Ashkenazi) Jews who for centuries have been the main force behind communism/socialism. The ultimate goal of the Zionists is one-world government under the control of the Zionists and the Zionist-oriented Jewish international bankers." (unquote) -- Jack Bernstein
There are some Torah-abiding Jews against Israel and Zionism who need more support:
From the Neturei Karta website:
(quote) "We are Neturei Karta International, representatives of the Torah abiding Jews throughout the world who stand true in their Torah observance and stand strong in their opposition to Zionism and the state of “Israel”." (unquote)

Er. No, I don't know that...and neither do you.
The Talmud has nothing at all to say about Yeshua bin Joseph.
Seeing as how the Talmud is a compilation of rabbinical discussions on Jewish Law, there's no mention of that guy at all.
I have no idea from whom you heard this, but whoever it is, from now on I'd be pretty skeptical about anything he or she told me, if I were you.

You are totally wrong.
Firstly, these things are not stated in the Talmud.
Secondly, Jews do not hold the Talmud in higher regard than the actual bible.
Thirdly, what 'Protestant pro Israelic sects'???
This remark makes no sense whatsoever.
