Where can i contact models in the DC area to work with?

I looking for models who will work for prints or portfolios.

Try looking in the Yellow Book for modeling schools. Their students usually need a portfolio.

Run an ad for models in the newspaper.

If you plan to use these photos in your own portfolio then you'll need signed Model Releases. Make sure the model is 18 or older. Otherwise a parent or legal guardian will need to sign the Release.
