I know you don't like people that think otherwise than you do, or think at all for that matter, but I was wondering what your view is about these kind of people.

- Atheist: does not believe in any superbeing.
- Deist: does believe in a superbeing, but he does not know it, thus does not worship it.
- Pagan: believes in polytheism, nature and the like.
- Believer in another mainstream religion or philosophical thing: hinduism, moslim, buddhist, taoist, shintoist etc.

My religion is part of my answer and not part of my answer.
The worst person is the type who puts themselves above all others, totally uncaring and heartless. These are usually the greedy ones also. There are bad people everywhere and in all walks of life.
I read an answer on this forum a short time ago where a person said that Christians were 98% bad and 2% good. That opinion was totally closed minded. I have met wonderful people and horrible people and it seems to me that the Christians were basically good people. My uncle, who gave me some of the best guidance, rarely went into a church building.
Atheist, deist, pagan, whatever, I like to give people a chance. They will prove themselves to either be good hearted or bad.

What is the worst kind of person to me.... someone that preys on the weak. (Children, old people, animals, mentally challenged, and the simple minded)

As far as my feeling for the above types of people I can maybe give you an answer for all.

I believe, we are all on our own paths and some of you will find god, some of you won't and some of you will wait until the very last breath before you are willing to believe.
That is your path and if God deemed it necessary to put me in sight or direct path with someone with different beliefs than me, it was not for me to preach down on them but to be open to them if ever they want to hear about what God has done in my life.
I also believe very strongly that we should NEVER Judge another person. That is NOT my job, that is Gods.
Having said that....it does not mean I can't turn my nose up and call an atheist a big do do head if they are trying to tick me off, but I will not tell them they are going to hell because of what they believe.

One of the other answers mentioned sexual predators who prey on children. I agree with that. But, I really don't like people who assume that because I am a Christian, I don't like people who think differently than I do, or think at all for that matter. You revealed your own bigotry with that sentence. Personally, I like the fact that all people don't believe the same things all the time. Our differences keep us alive & talking. That is a good thing. Good Luck & Blessings

At first, I thought you were asking this question because you really wanted to know. I thought maybe you were truly seeking a Christian perspective on something.

But, come on, Christians "don't like people that think otherwise than" we do, and we don't like people who "think at all"? Could you BE any more rude? Just so you know, I may disagree with people, but that does not mean that I don't like them. And I PREFER people who think for themselves and don't let ANYONE, including scientists, tell them what to believe about the supernatural.

So, to answer your question, none of the above. I don't think that any of those you mentioned are bad people. They simply have different opinions. I can respect that, even if I disagree with them.

The word "worst" does NOT occur in the New Testament.
But a latter end "worse": worse-end does occur in the NT.
In Mt 23 it's one proselyte: twofold: more the CHILD of hell.
In Mt 12:45...Revl'n it's seven (other) spirits "more wicked".

IMPure religion: arrive defiled & get worse: Law <-- Law
Pure religion: arrive undefiled & remain unspotted: Grace

Well as a non-Xian putting in her 2 cents worth..

The "Worst kind" of person to me is not of a religious type, it's a attitude type. Fundamentalists come from all groups - & don't give a wet slap who they hurt in their push for "Righgous" - even the moderates from their own faith.

None of those you listed.....there is abundant hope for all of them!
It's someone who has known and understood the truth and then walked away from that....simply because it is that much harder to come back.
To label any group of people 'worst' or 'best' is such a mistake, as we are all individuals that God has made and still loves intimately.
I don't want to give up hoping that any one from whatever 'category' will find out there is a mighty loving creator God and turn to Him in repentance and faith and find life, forgiveness and purpose.

Your initial statement couldn't be farther from the truth. I am Christian and welcome all viewpoints. I am enough of a human being to realize that it takes all kinds to make this world go round. And I know that I certainly don't have all the answers. Do you?

And as for my view about "these kinds of people," I don't judge people based on their religious views. Do you?

The kind of person who is the worst kind to me is: the fake christian, this is someone who is supposed to be a christian and gossips and makes fun of people behind their backs and this makes it especially tough when they are part of your church family as some of the people i go to church with do. especially someone who is a music elder who tells someone they arent committed enough to god to let them sing in the choir. it gets very hurtful and very testing at times...
