Bring a pillow - and ask your parents to sign a note that you have had a problem and need to have it to be comfortable. You are in a lot of pain.
Take a tylenol and ask for a note to bring to school nurse to be allowed to take it while in school. (DO NOT GET CAUGHT WITH IT IN YOUR POSSESSION- WITH OUT A LABEL ON THE BOTTLE AND A NOTE FROM HOME! TAKE IT DIRECTLY TO THE NURSE'S OFFICE )
They cannot stop you from using it. and in the note ask if you can get up out of your seat to change position. BUT dont abuse the privilege.

If this is a problem you have had for a while, You may ask to meet with the Guidance Counselor and teachers to let them know .and then ask a Dr to give you a note and they can get you different seating.

Anything is possible - and it isnt that you are asking for special treatment, it is what is needed .

i MAY HAVE Over exaggerated here a bit... but this is all things that I know I dealt with in school and just knowing this will help ease the stress.)

The reason why your back and shoulder may hurt is because you are in a position that you are not used to,try and get up a little earlier int he moring and do light stretches before school, nice hot shower or bath and relax. Do not get tense.. it wil make it worse

hope you feel better
(remember Inly you know how you feel and it is up to you to speak up-OK )
Hope you ahve a better day!

Your backpack may be too heavy. Try carrying the heavier books in your arms and keep the weight in your backpack to a minimum. The same goes for your purse.

Try a very hot bath or shower and use an ice pack on your neck when you can. You could also go to a chiropractor.

You have not given enough information to answer this question safely. I would say to see your family MD.
