i use it maybe once a month....as far as nutrition i think the biggest issue is it is FULL OF SALT!. I would agree it's easy/lazy i don't eat it at all I'm on Atkins. I work my hubby works we have a 11 and 9 year old 8 month old i can be lazy now and then. It's real hard to have a home cooked diner from scratch when your not a stay at home home then even if you are there is still bottles diapers homework laundry women are way to judgment of other women. What works in other homes may not work for you trying to make people feel like bad parents is just tacky that's worse then lazy in my book. there are worse sins then feeding the young ones hamburger helper.

I quit using Hamburger Helper years ago. I got burned out on them. I think like most pre-packaged meals it had too much sodium (salt)/ And I can understand how a busy working mom may need to save time by using Hamburger Helper-they are NOT lazy. Adding side dishes like a tossed green salad adds nutrition to the meal.

When I was single it was hamburger helper or hormel chili for dinner. It is what it's meant to be. A relatively fast and easy meal to cook that tastes good, is filling and cheap.

Nothing wrong with it once a week or so. Moms/Dads need a break too and I don't think it's paticurally good or bad for you or the kids.

Never, lol. But if you like it, I don't see why you shouldn't have it. It's a quick fix meal for people who are busy and might not have as much time to devote to cooking. As for nutritional information, check out the website below for full facts and figures.

I cook hamburger twice a week. I just like it. Honestly, hamburger can be my light food only. I'm greedy!

I use it maybe 5 times a year. I find it just as easy to make up my own.

days a week!! shoot i don't make it that often!
maybe once every 3 months if that.
we spice it up and add things to it.
i doubt it's all that nutritious either. i would feed the kids veggies and other sides to give them more nutrients.

Never used it. However, my wife used to make her own ground beef casserole that tasted great. The kids loved it.
