Go to a drugstore and buy some fiber tablets, thats what I do and they do help!!!!!!!

whole grains, lots fo veggies, avoid white food, get a fiber suppliment, oat bran in the morning, drink a ****ton of water ... the colon is a sponge, if you are the slightest bit dehydrated, it will hold onto to "stuff" as long as possible to get the maximum amount of water possible out ...

Benefiber is a good alternative. It comes in pill form or powder. The beauty of the powder is that it is tasteless and can actually be mixed with the foods you cook. Like if you make spaghetti sauce, you can mix in a little of powder without affecting taste but then you have your fiber.

Gotta eat the cereal in the morning- sorry! In addition, Take a suppliment, eat whole grains, lots of fruits and veggies.

fruits and veg hav lods of fibre, and bread...whole grains and oats are the best source.you should include at least one grain based portion and 4-5 based on veg and fruit per day
so yr bowels have more movement.

easy...whole wheat bread and pastas, fruits w/ skins, veggies, nuts....all these foods have plenty of fiber
