I agree with just eating good, whole real foods and taking care of yourself. I didn't do so good with that when I was a teenager, but I did wind up being six feet tall. When I smoked, I used to joke that I might have denied myself a couple of more inches, but that might have been a good thing. Thankfully, by the grace of God, I have quit smoking and the smell of cigarette smoke (even if it's "just" on somebody's clothes) repulses me.

I don't drink cow's milk for the reason (among others) mentioned above (I'm not a baby cow, so I don't need food designed for a baby cow). I did when I was a kid, as I grew up in a milk drinking home, but who is to say that that helped?

Yes, I think it is mostly genetic. I did receive most of my genes from my father's side of the family (who received his from his father's side) and like my father and grandfather's family, I'm tall, six feet. My mother is also on the tall side (I call it the short side of tall) at 5'8".

While being tall is nice, as I've embraced the body that God has blessed me with, it's not all that society has cracked it up to be.

there's a certain type of clinic that stretches you - it hurts a bit but they can add a full foot to your hight in one session !
just kidding ! lol
eat vegetables. it's hereditary. so not much you can do about it - a friend of mine was ashort guy until age 18 - then he shot up almost 2 feet in the next 2-3 years. now he's tall - so you have to wait and see.
most important - be a good, kind and caring person. your height doesn't really matter and i'm sure you're normal for your age.

You're only thirteen-- you still have probably about 3 more years of growing to go!! The only way really is to do high-impact aerobic exercising-- this could be a type of dance that involves a lot of jumping or you could jumprope. The impact of your feet / legs hitting the ground will spur bone growth.

oh, well since ur a 13 year old female, u'll start growing again
sometime in high school. and who is one of ur parents tall like ur mom or ur dad? for example: say u get most of ur genes from ur dad. if ur dad is tall, u'll be tall too, just not as tall as him. but if u get most of ur genes from ur mom, and ur mom is short, u'll be short too, just not as short as her.

and dont worry about growing. im the same age and gender as u, and im like 5'3, i havent grown since 6th grade, and im in 8th now, and still 5'3. so dont worry. High school is when females start growing. (most likely 10th grade)
