Haha I could go on for days!
Those who try to push to get on public transport EG train or bus
People who stand too close to you in queues.. and when you move forward a tad, they do as well, I like my spaceee.
People who walk to slowly or even stop in front of me, especially if its somewhere busy
People who talk on the phone whilst driving. It annoys me because there is now a law and you're being inconsiderate to others, because it can cause an accident.
People who don't seem to know their Ps & Ts. Being polite and having manners isn't hard but does go along way!

Usually 50 and above!! How very dare you ? Are you insinuating that when one reaches 50 one will be prone to grabbing people. Children may grab you for attention ,but i don`t know about over 50`s that do. Are you generalising because of a few people at work? unless you work in a retail outlet. I t is very rude for anyone to dig their nails into anyone. I would remove the offending hand and say in a loud voice EXCUSE ME!

I don't like it when a person I don't know very well (or at all) gets too close to me. The sooner they learn to stay an arm's length away from me, the happier we'll all be. (That rule doesn't apply in a heavily crowded place, such as an elevator. I'm very picky about my personal space, but not unrealistic.)
I don't like being called "sweetheart" or "honey" in a hostile fashion by someone I don't know. (Ex: "Hey, honey, get out of my way!" "Watch where you're walking, sweetheart!")
I don't like being grabbed and taken by surprise. Even by people I know. My uncle used to have this bad habit of coming up to me in a public place, grabbing my arm from behind and saying something like, "Get over here!" As a joke. Well, after a while, there were a lot of items in the news about women who had been abducted in broad daylight from crowded areas, so I started to brush up on my self defense. My uncle tried that at a local flea market and, let's just say that the whole incident ended up with both of us rather embarrassed and my uncle writhing on the floor.

There are two things that really wind me up more than anything else:
One is people who just stop suddenly in front of you when your walking down a busy street behind them.
The other are women with pushchairs in supermarkets.
Yes I know you've got to shop like everyone else but you don't have to completely block the isle talking to you friend who also has a pushchair so they end up side by side so noone can get passed.
OOOOoooooff.

this question could take a day for me to answer! i'll narrow it down though..
it seems like many of the answers have to do with personal space. that bothers me as well. i don't like it when people feel the need to stand so close to you. i actually get annoyed when i'm at the gym and there are a bunch of treadmills open around me, and the one guy with terrible b.o. decides to get on the treadmill directly next to me..making it even harder to breathe !
i also can't stand it when girls stare. they do it all the time..and i usually react to it and will stare directly back at them or say something along the lines of "is there something i can help you with?"
lastly...when i'm on my 40 minute packed train ride home from work every night, there's ALWAYS at least one person who is blabbing on their cell phone about the most ridiculous things. and not that it's any of my business, but it's hard not to listen! my ipod can't tune them out enough unless i plan to destroy my ear drums~ which, in turn is annoying to the guy next to me :(

Without a doubt, the MOST ANNOYING THING EVER, to me, is people who stop at the top or bottom of escalators when they get off, and then stand there trying to figure out which way to go. Meanwhile everyone else is piling up behind them or trying to march on the spot. This happens all of the time and it makes me just want to smack these idiots.

People who barge into a full elevator. Logic and etiquette say that people need to get off before others can get on.

I hate it when strangers look down on me then talk to me like I'm a child..Ok, I'm only 4'11 and don't look my age...but for crying out loud..I'm in my 40's. Or when I'm on a crowded train..all I get is their smelly arm pits. Then I come out with " Excuse me, I'm short, not invisible".

When women roll their eyes at you and they think your strange when you don`t think the same way as them.....They almost act like teenagers.. I had that happen to me today when I told them my husband still likes his old turn dial TV...She made a snobby face...and I made it RIGHT BACK!
