I only ever have this once in a blue moon because I cant have a jacket without Tonnes of REAL butter........tut tut

I'm having a whole wheat pasta salad with some frozen, steamed veggies and I plan on boiling some lentils to mix in it as well. (I wish I would have thought of it last night when my husband made the salad, but I was tired and concentrating on the pasta dinner he was kind enough to cook.) Sometime this afternoon for a snack I'll probably have a cup of raw spinach with some dressing as well.

Tortilla wrap with skinless chicken / turkey, salad and a bit of salad dressing.
Or how about a tuna bap with reduced-fat mayo and onion?

tuna on rye with lettuce and tomato,aboiled egg,an orange or apple or grapes. that way you're getting sufficient protein and fiber and your veggies. wash down with 1% or skim milk unless you're lactose intolerant. if you are, then water with lemon.
