well, if I need to explain myself why I prefer Chinese men, it's because Chinese men intrigue me. they have this mysterious aura about them, and I'm really, really intrigued by them. it's not like I'm limiting myself.

I think racist would be a bit strong. Biased might be a better word for it. Question is, why do you prefer only Chinese men? Is it because you like their culture or because you dislike characteristics (physical or otherwise) of other races? If you just enjoy the Chinese culture more or are loyal to the race because it's also your own, then there's nothing much wrong with that, I think, as long as you see the qualities of others regardless of race. If you are biased because you dislike other races and their characteristics, then I think that would be borderline racist...or maybe not so borderline.
One thing to consider is what you might be doing to yourself by limiting the race that you'll date. Personal preferences aside, there are wonderful people in all races and the perfect one for you might not be Chinese. Limiting your dates to only Chinese might cause you to miss finding the one who suits you best.
Just my opinion. It's your life, so you have to do what you think is best for you. Ultimately, finding your perfect mate comes down to personality and not race anyway.

No, we all have different tastes and there is obviously something you find very attractive about chinese men. But don't rule out a guy straight away just because he's not chinese.......and as long as you do not have a complete intolerance / hatred of people from another culture then no one can call you racist.
I've dated about 5 redheaded men, (well, I'm with number 5 now) and I happen to find them very attractive, but If I was single again, I wouldn't rule out a guy just because he's got a different hair colour.

No I prefer to date people with a middle eastern apperence but would not rule someone out because they didn't have a middle eastern look your only racist if you hate people based on race

That's not racism, just a personal choice. You cannot let other people run your life for you. People by nature seem to criticize and tell others what do to with their life. You have to decide for yourself what is right and wrong.
You may hear that accusation from men who wish to intimidate you into going out with them.

wouldn't it make u a racist if you refused to date a man because he was Chinese or if he were Caucasian or if he were Irish? no Hun Ur not racist, i prefer to date only tall men .

why are you limiting yourself? You may not see it that way...but, why not experiment with different PEOPLE? When i hear people say "I only date this type" or "i dont do THAT"...why? You may not be racist...but I would ask different questions than that.

No, cause there are some ppl who only chose to date blondes, etc... but maybe it's fair to say you should be more open to other types.
