One that doesnt require good writen English.
Seriously if your good enough they will approach you.
So if your images are good enough buy some postcards and see who publishs them, then ring them and they can tell you how it all works.
After that you may decide to self publish then find an agent to sell your work/cards. If your work is in the top few percent you might sell some images.

This is a tricky one to answer without seeing your work.
I would suggest that you stay close to your home. Take photographs of local sites, landmarks and places of interest. Once you have about twelve really top notch images make up postcards as samples and see if your local shops are interested. Stick with the shops that cater to visitors to your area.
Once you have established that they have an outlet have them printed. There are online postcard printing businesses who can offer you good deals and prices.
Start small and don't over extend yourself before you get your first order.

Go to the library and search for "how to sell photographs" books.
You'll have to decide if you want to sell for a one-time use or to give up all rights to your photograph. A one-time use allows you to submit the same photograph to other potential buyers. If you give up your rights you can never submit it again - it no longer belongs to you.
You'll also have to determine how you'll be paid - flat fee or by use?
Most postcards are regional in their selections. You'll have to find ones that are more generic and not specific to an area.
Good luck.

Pick up any post card, look on the back and there will be a company's name. Google the company to find their telephone number and phone them up.
Request an interview on the phone to show them your portfolio. They might like them or not.
If they don't - too bad, try another company.
If they do - hooray, they will publish them and you'll make money.
Don't forget to sign a contract for things like royalties, unless you want a one-off payment.
