try to learn about 5 new words a day, that will help expand your vocabulary. as for grammar, I'd hire a tutor. or get some good grammar books from the library, there are plenty of them and they should help. start with the very basic ones, eg. for grade 2 or 3 students, too far above that might become confusing. build up from there.
