I txt my fella last night to see if he wanted to come around and he txt me back and said no and I asked him what was wrong and he replied I ain't accountable.If I say l can't get, then I cant't get. I will be intouch.

Sounds like you got him at a bad moment
Unlike other people, I wouldnt write him off immediately
you dont say if this is 'the norm' sort of message that you get from him or a one-off.
If it's the normal sort of way he talks to you, or txts you, then you are in an abusive relationship
If it's unusual for him to talk to you this way, then I suggest you find out what was wrong. he may have had a bad experience, and was upset when he wrote it

just because he did not want to come round did not mean that anything was wrong.. Also he is right; he is not accountable to you. what you could have aske d was if there was anything wrong not made the assumption that there was. I think he was saying that if he cannot get round he cannot get round and he does not have to give a reason - which is actually true unless you are married. I suggest you both learn more effective ways of communicating instead of stupid texts and - just a hint - let him do some chasing after you; old fashioned but effective.

Maybe, he is mad at somethins or having some issues that he doesn't wanna talk about it now. He is not necessarily mad at you, just be nice to him now even when he is talking like that until you figuer out what is the real problem.

Uhm, what's the problem here? You wanted to hang out and he didn't. You got nosy and asked him why not? He said mind your own. If you're not in a serious relationship or exclusive (don't just assume, have you talked about it?), you should mind your own.

I wouldn't put up with that there was no reason for him to be so nasty. I would tell him that you don't want to be spoken to like that as it was uncalled for and if he can't respect you then show him the door.

I think he means that he doesn't have to tell you what he is up to, if he don't want to come to see you, he don't want to come. Dump him and find someone who can speak proper English.
