the answer is c between ricky craven in the tide ride and kurt busch at darlington raceway at the 2003 carolina dodge dealers 400 on march 16 ricky craven won that race in what was probably the most exciting finish i can remember! it was his last time in the tide ride and i have a hat autographed by ricky from that race!
