Yes, if he's doing it out of self-love...but if he's doing it to avoid fornication, or because he doesn't have a wife, then he is rewaeded for what he does.

Masturbation is natural.It is not a sin.Masturbation is much better than adultery or fornication..Someone who made an adultery or fornication will have big sin..Masturbates is a way for flowing out the full sperms from its place in the man's part of body.It can pour down also by wet dreaming.

Masturation is allowed personal sin because if no masturbation then illegal sex which is prohibited. Any religion do not speak about it and it is left on ones own decision.

Actually, I think if you look up the definition in the medical journals that is what they do by looking at themselves. I would hope that people with mental conditions have, at least, a small excuse but, maybe, not.
