Sometimes I try to think of one, and if I can't I roll over and go back to sleep. But really, you still have something to be here for. If you have to ask yourself what your reason is to wake up every morning then you probably haven't found it yet. So when better to go out and search for it? It is out there, but you'll never find it if you never leave your bed.

To appreciate the breath of life!!!! . As human beings, some people are afraid to go to sleep for fear, that they would succumb to death in their sleep. Death can be a thief during the night. So it's a welcoming relief to witness dawn ----to enjoy a beautiful sunrise.

hate to sound melodramtic and not being self pitying etc, but a few months ago we found out my mother only has a short while left to live. so everyday means i get to be with her longer. it also made me realise that i need to care for myself better, and all that kind of stuff... live better, love better, work better not waste time being depressed etc etc etc
could have said a good reason is to turn the alarm off......

i have something to contribute to the world. even if it is only in a small way. people to see places to go and the universe unfolds like it should.
oh yes, it gives me the opportunity to count my blessing again.
