Call up his vet for conformation of any problem may have, so you won't have to worry..and be safe.

Wallpaper Paste Ingredients

First, my disclaimer. I am neither a vet or a wallpaper paste specialist. But,....
I would guess most wallpaper paste is safe enough to a degree. It's probably just gluten based anyway.
I just want to help you relax, in case you're freaking out. If the dog seems normal after an hour since he/she ate it, I would just go to bed. If you need further comforting, look up the ingredients of wallpaper paste on line.
It might be fine to ingest, but if the dog ate a LOT it'll probably just make him/her puke a bit.
Seriously, I wouldn't worry about it, but to ease your mind look up the ingredients on line, and right now, as soon as you're done reading this, find a 24hr emergency vet in your area. Program the name and number in your phone. Not that you might need it now, but the next time something happens it will give you peace of mind to have the info ready. ;)

Wait. Sorry. I just realized it was concentrated powder based. That concerns me just a little. Look up that 24hr vet now and give tham a call.

Read the bag for any 'cautions' or 'warnings'. . If it isn't safe to ingest, it will say so on the bag.
If it warns of toxic ingredients, then you can call the poison hot-line:
K-State's College of Veterinary Medicine has a free, 24-hour animal poison control hotline at 785-532-5679 that puts worried pet owners and other veterinarians in touch with three K-State veterinary toxicologists.

Ring your Vets and read the ingredients to them! Some wallpaper pastes contain anti-fungus chemicals so ....better safe than sorry...eh?

Don't want him to come to a sticky end. lol

Check the safety precautions on the bag! if necessary get him to a vet ,but what ever you do don't let him lean against the wall or he may get stuck!

Yes he will be fine
When you take him out for a walk, if he starts eating the grass then you know he has an upset stomach and will hopefully make himself sick and get most of that paste out of his system

If you are really concerned you can pump his stomach yourself 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide per 30 lbs. Leave him in the tub (supervised) and let him yack it out. I have a hungry cocker who eats everything so I've had to do it twice.

Wall paper paste is mostly starch.
He'll probably be OK.
Just watch him for gastric upset.
