I always feel dizzy at night and after I wake up at the next morning,that pain still there...I so worry about it..

this sounds like it's coming from your neck. Make sure you have a decent pillow to support your neck. Secondly I advise you to see a chiropractor who can determine how the alignment in the neck is. Also they would be able to help alleviate the problem. I recommend you place an ice pack on the back of your neck for fifteen minutes, several times at night before sleep.

Dear friend,
first of all make sure you dont have any problem or sarrow because the thing which cases these problems are the result of having sarrow. be happy during the sleeping and in the morning do excersise and its good to eat an appel before sleeping and do not eat a lot of food during the night.
