I want to know the procedure regarding certificate attestaion with kuwait embassy in mumbai. i have done my BE from Madurai kamaraj universtiy. can any 1 tell me the procedure. Do i need to present any other document for attestation, i mean SSC /Passport?

The procedure for the attestation of certificates is firstly get attested by the Notary Public, preferably from your area, and then contact Ministries of Education and Human Resources (of India) for their attestations. Once you have done all these formalities, you can contact the Kuwait embassy/consulate in India for further attestation. Copy of your passport is required for the embassy.
I would suggest you to do this through a reliable agent to save your time.

What is the problem that you are facing? I saw you answering a question perfectly on the difference between a Passport and a Visa. Now I can see that you have again fallen into the trap of repetitive questions of "Certificate Attestation for...." I was wondering where your past similar questions are where the country names were changing for identical questions. You were once found to be promoting some Certificate Attestation company in the disguise of asking question. Please correct me if I am wrong. You may be violating the Community Guidelines of Y!A.
