It depends. An adult diaper wouldn't be all that rude, but examples of things that are rude would be g-strings, dirty underwear, poopy diapers, etc.

Maybe your visitor may find it rude, but it is your residence so how you answer your door is strictly up to you. I answered my door nakes once... it was... interesting... to say the least.
