thanks to all , for wonderfull knowledge. please do not mind it , but so many consider Arjuna as the best ,so i also had the doubt . but now i am thinking , because of the great knowledge has come in your answers.
secondaly what i have written as great karam yogi was my analysis , i may be wrong . but dehdhariyon main shrestha Arjun, said by Lord Krishna , i read it in Srimad Bhagwad Geeta by Geeta press Kanpur small sized book. i read it so many times so confusion came to my mind. believe me . kya hamare aur aapke beech viswas ki dor itni kamjor hai , ki mujhe ab o chepter No. and slok no dena pare .if you want i will give you , but it is not good i think . sorry because i expected something from you my dear friend Sri Nivasan ji You gave me a lot of knowledge main hamesa Aapka rini rahunga

Sri nivasan Sir . it is written in chepter 8 slok 4. Dehdharion main shrestha Arjun . i have book in Hindi by Geeta press Kanpur. and it is written in Hindi. also so many times it is written Bharatvansiyon main shrestha. but sir ji yeh likha hai dehdhariyon main shretha does not mean dehdhariyon main sarvshrestha.

EDIT: I'm just going by what the B. Gita says, Arjuna wonders about what should be wondered about and asked the questions that should be asked by all.

Sri krishna had to covince somehow Arjuna to fight and Arjuna was full of doubts Krishna told him all the yogas just to make him feel that it was the rule of the nature that the war is being fought no heart feelings and emotional attachement Arjuna temporarily understood them .But when we see the mahabharat arjuna acted as if he has totally forgotten it.Like the episode of abhimanyu he was out of his senses and many more,and even after the war was won he was a lay man rather than a transformed person that he was given the greatest knowledge so Arjuna could not live upto Krishnas expectations so he is not worshipped.

What should he be worshipped for. He for sure was not the greatest archer that ever lived, that title belongs to either Bhisma(who defeated Parshurama himself) or Karna (who on one occasion gave a lifer to Arjuna during the war just to uphold the rules of war).
He was a cheat (having killed karna and Bhishma both through cheating and with the help of Krishna and Shalya King)
He was pompus (that is the reason he fell down from the himalayas while on his final journey to swarga)
So tell me friend would you worship a person who was not the best in his craft, a cheat and a pompus guy ??

You had read many books and still you do not know why Arjuna was not worshipped ?
Iam surprised though I am not too knowledgable but I have the basic knowledge since I read spiritual books from Iskcon Temple.
A true devotee like Arjuna never equals himself to God. He wants to surrender to God's lotus feet which is of Shree Krishna.
Arjuna was a human being who had many valours but he is not a supreme creator like God Vishnu.

Hanuman loved Rama. But Arjuna is not aware of REAL Krishna. Arjuna is a warriar & a great archer. No divinity in him so as to worship A.

???? great question because Krishna says that we should worship His pure devotees, that pleases Him more than the worship that we give to Him . Arjuna was His best childhood friend , and became self- realized due to Krishna,s mercy on the battle field of kuruksetra.

It is simple because people worship god not greatest human being. Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead himself but Arjuan is his great devotee. People do respect Arjun for his greatness and devotion.

I understand eunochs worship Arjuna as he once acted like a woman( Dance teacher) when he was in King Virat palace.The affinity some how did not spread and it stopped with them.

Good question. Perhaps Lord Krishna overshadowed Arjuna and hence people are not worshipping Arjuna.

Please provide the reference as to where is he said to be the great Karma Yogi.
Also provide the verse where it says 'Deh dhariyon main shrestha Arjun'. Then we can discuss further.
