you cant.not really.i mean, you know, not legally.but shorta spikin their drink theyll keep bein kittens.iffn they dint then ur like to have problems later such as obesity and diabetes, depression and may have to take em to a professional to riddem of child-hood play-deprivation issues-u know theyll resent you.
really tho,my most beloved[also most widely effective]method was this'n:
buy [or make]a toy that looks like a fishn pole kinda w/a fluffy feathery bouncy ringy etc.,type thing on the biznuss end of it and a sucker cup on t'other.attach to a table top or another available play-able spot [such as not the stair landing]and let it hang low enuff fer em to bat it but,you know, high enuff fer it to still be a challenge[we were all kittens once, think back to calculate height exact].showem how its dun one time er two and then lettem go at it.in my xperience this is a most favored type toy fer even the hard to buy toys for sorta catz.since it has the sucker[which ull prolly have to work on sum-they usually do ackshully suck in a bad way-u can replace w/velcro pads/sumsuchstuffs]itz gotta few mutual advantages-they get to play fer fun and ferever while you kin watchem w/o throwin yer arm out then when y'all tire of eachother[or one of u 3 needs the room]u simply move it away from that place2 another.all w/o wakin mother.
wutever u try-hope y'all end up satisfied.
byebye,

Yes there is no calming those 2 little guys down. They have each other to play with, so they are quite content & having a blast. The only thing you can do is put them together in a room and with their litter , etc, and close the door, is they are really bugging you. Although I don't know how kittens could get on your nerves.

Im sorry sweetie, you cant make them calm down. Hang in there have some patience, hope to god they dont wake your parents up. Only thing I can advise is try your best to keep them awake during the day, dont let them nap before you plan to go to bed, about an hour before they go to bed (if you can) play with them the whole time. They might fall asleep faster and stay alseep longer if you can wear them out. Good Luck!!

Put up a gate to block them from whatever is causing the noise. Let them be kittens though! You will miss it when they are too old to run anymore. Cherish the gift that they are, they make us happy and they love us, show some respect for them.

My 2 kitties are just like that!I guess it´s something you have to deal with since when they are young they want to play.Sometimes when i have something important to do in the house and i want no interruption,i just close them in a room and let them play there. You can´t stop them from playing, but you can decide where to do it!Later on they will become so lazy, they´ll probably move only when is eating time or to go to the toilet :))

if you are around them earlier in the evening, if they are sleeping then wake them up and keep them up and busy.. honestly, it's a routine that they get into just like kids... I have had this with mine and it works.. they get to know when it's time to get up and rat race threw the house and by the time it's time for the house to settle down,, they are just dead tired and ready to go night night...lol but have fun it takes a bit of work they are just like kids.. good luck

No way. Maybe if yoy feed them a lot. Or if you shut them in your room to stop bothering your parents. But just enjoy their kittenhood while it lasts, in a year from now they will be fat cushions on your couch.

petting them will calm them down. it feels like their mother grooming them.
