Do not brush your hair while it is wet. Hair is the most prone to stretching and breaking while it is wet.

After you shampoo, apply conditioner & then gently comb out your hair with a wide tooth comb before your rinse out the conditioner. Run water through your hair gently - don't swirl it & twist it. Then gently gather sections to squeeze out the water.

Use a super absorbent microfiber towel to press the remaining moisture in your hair after you get out of the shower. Spray on a leave in conditioner & comb out your hair again w/ a wide tooth comb if necessary. Start at the bottom & work your way upwards to remove any tangles.

The microfiber towel is more absorbent than a conventional terry cloth towel so it will help your hair air dry faster. It will also reduce the time needed to blow dry your hair.

Only brush your hair while it is dry & use brushes w/ smooth tipped bristles that are widely spaced to avoid tearing your hair.

Use good quality hair pins & smooth elastics so your hair doesn't get snagged or torn.

Use the Oil Repair batch of Garnier hair products. The Garnier long and strong shampoo followed by the Garnier Conditioner should do the trick for you in 6-7 washes. Don't change brands too often. Stick to one.

You get split ends because your hair is dry. Eggs, oil massages can improve your hair. More home remedies posted at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/dryhair.html
