I have long hair & I know what you mean, but trust me it's not because your hairs' long
its because your body lacks nutrients such as iron & b12 consider taking daily pills w/high amount of iron.

Everyone loses their hair, long hairs are just a lot more noticeable. Shorter hairs just fall off the head when they are shed, while longer hair tends to be caught in the hair around them. It takes a little more effort to shed, which happens when you comb your hair or rub it on a pillow. Longer hairs are also a lot more obvious because, well, they are longer.

Everybody loses hair... but you notice it more when its really long hair and not short hair. Its normal as to lose hair. Also, people with long hair are more likely to comb and brush it, so naturally some will fall out then.

Everyone looses some hair everday. You just notice the long hairs more because they're long.
When my hair was really short, I would run my hand over it and tons of tiny hairs would fall out. They just weren't long enough to strangle pillows or get caught on toes.

This doesn't happen to everyone. I have a full head of long hair and I'm almost 67 years old. So long hair and even age haven't made my hair fall out. It's all a matter of genes.

one reason could because their hair is too heavy, or its possilbe that their scalp isn't strong enough to hold their hair, or they used too much shampoo and the skin of their hair is damaged.
