To get over a minor cold? (Minor runny nose, itchy throat/cough)
I mean a medicine that actually helps you get better and recover, not a medicine to just cover-up the symptomes.

As of today, there is no cure for the common cold. You can only get meds to help you cope with the symptoms.

there is no cure for the common cold . Just lots of old jokes and people wanting to take your money. Any over the counter cold med. will help relieve the symptoms. The rest just takes time for your body to isolate and kill whatever virus you caught. That always takes a few days. Sorry.

The only thing you can do is to treat the symptoms and to take good care of yourself for a few days. Lay low, eat well, drink plenty of fluids. Colds have to go away by themselves.

go to wallgreens and get MUCINEX it cured my son cold
