What you have is indeed anorexia. The fact that you have realised you have a problem is the first step towards the cure. Now that you know, you don't have to feel like eating or to wait until you are hungry: you will make a programme, like we do when we are on a diet, but the opposite. You will make sure that you eat 5 times a day. You will set the hours and not skip them for any reason. For example:
8.30 a.m breakfast (cereals with milk or a toastie).
11.00 a small sweet and a fruit juice.
13.30 a proper meal or a sandwich
17.00 a yoghurt with fruits or with honey and nuts
20.30 a proper meal and salad.
You will follow this, even if you don't feel liek it or if you don't feel hungry. It is a very healthy diet, and you can eat any meals you like. Just adjust your alarm or sth. to remind you it is time to eat.

That actually does sound like anorexia, or at least a type of it. In any case, you need to eat, but *man* you need to eat better food than that. If fast food is your thing, try going to subways. Maybe make a list of foods you like and plan meals. That way, you can look forward to how good your food will taste. I know what you mean about taking time out to eat. If I could be kept busy, I would never eat. I just don't feel hungry. I've gotten to looking forward to eating enough to make it an event in my life instead of something to get done and behind me.

u may just have a low appetite for food and a high appetite for other things. that means that to keep healthy u need to organize your eating and get only the best when u do remember to eat. your present diet is too high in fats and salt, extremely low in fibre and vitamins. u also don't mention what u drink but i hope water features somewhere. your body will not let u starve but u seem to overdo the eating to compensate. u therefore need to try to access mopre healthy foods.
if u have a watch or a phone with a repeat alarm u cd set it up to remind u to eat thrice a day. plan your meals in advance, assuming u know how to cook. on a day u have time and energyu u cd prepare enough for two/three meals of different things, freeze them in individual meal amounts and microwave as necessary. carry fruit in your bag like apples and bananas, milk and yoghurt are 'good' fast foods

i can identify with that... at least somewhat. i'm actually quite overweight 5'4 200 pounds, but at times i will go for like 14 hours without eating. eat a little somethign for breakfast and then forget to eat until its night. i think its perfectly normal when youre busy. i also love the feeling of not eating and eating feels bad. of course i also binge eat. if youre underweight for your height, you could indeed be anorexic. if not, well you just have really poor eating habits lol.
sugestion: buy a meal plan somewhere and write on your shedule that you have to go in for 3 square meals a day. becaues i forget to eat when i trust myeslf to remind myself to eat. do you live with someone who can remind you to eat? tell them its important cuase you have trouble with this and youre worried aobut getting an eating disorder. try to come up at least with a stable time of day, tha tyou shoudl eat something. even if you dont "feel hungry". because although most people dont believe it. hunger pangs, by the time you feel them, its often too late! try to eat every 5 hours.
good luck. stay healthy

Maybe because when you do actually eat, you're eating fatty foods! All that food makes your body feel like cramp, you get fatigued, you get annoyed, it's almost as if you get depressed from a fast food hang over. Eat a yogurt parfait, and stop consuming so much trans./sat./and hydrogenated fried food. Eat fruits and veggies.
