I suppose the best solution is just to grunt, moan, etc. as the woman would, and hope that she doesn't notice the lack of ejaculate. But why would you want to fake in the first place? You can always stop once she's had her fun, and start again later. That's within the rules, too. ;-)

Does it bother you that you go on and on? Does it bother the woman? If it doesn't bother either of you, there is no problem. If it bothers one or the other of you, talk to each other about it. You also might want to do a little research as to what you might be able to do to speed up "the process" should that be what you both want. If you can't come to any agreement or have tried various things that don't work, perhaps you should see a professional about this -- no joke. There may be a physical or psychological problem as to why you take the time you do. But, again, be sure you have a problem before you try to take care of one.
By the way, I don't think faking it is really the answer. I wouldn't want to know the guy I was with was faking it, just as he wouldn't want to know that I was faking it.

You really can't "fake it" since your organs are on the exterior so...yeah.
It depends on how long it takes. Because if it takes really really long for it to happen something is wrong. So I would go see a urologist or gyncologist to make sure you are alright (don't worry they won't laugh). Another possiblity is that you simply aren't doing it right.

Just tense up and do the orgasm moans and groans. Women CANNOT feel you ejaculate. Seriously though, I think you should just be honest. I might be a relief for her too. She is probably getting dry and sore if it goes on that long.

Try speeding up the strokes. If you are still having a problems, get to the doctor, you may have a prostate or urological problem that the doctor can help you with.

this is gonna sound real strange but depending on the speed, you can ejaculate quicker, so basically if you want to ejaculate quicker speed up the sex. i used to have the same problem but i discovered this little trick :¬)
