I write and receive letters to relatives in England.
They are in their 80's and still write interesting intelligent letters.
I sometimes feel humbled by their ability.

Forede, you are a great guy :). Glad to see that people still write letters. I write cards, but have gotten away from writing letters. Thank you for reminding us that hand-written letters are an important part of civilization !

Yesterday. I have passed along the old-fashioned idea of actually writing a letter to my friend's children. They all sent me letters yesterday and I sat down and wrote back.

I think everyone should go out and buy a stationary set for the nearest kid in their life.

I like real letters too! I write letters to my boyfriend every couple of months, just to surprise him in the mail and to remind him of how much I love him :-)

Yeah, I see him all the time, but it's just one of those things that makes him smile.

Letters will live on!

Yesterday for writing, today for rrecieving. Hand written letters are by far the classiest way to communicate over distance.

I handmake greeting cards for my friends and family. I just sent out a batch of thank you cards last month to friends who attended my going away party. People make the internet such an excuse to detach themselves more from people and I love that something so old school is now "unique."

just wrote two of them on Sunday night. Recieved a letter from a child I sponsor in the mail today. I love it, but an email is appreciated too.
