Well this reminds me of a story my father once told me. He told me that there was this guy who had a heart condition and had a cholesterol of over 300. His doctor told him that if he did not eat healthy he would be dead within 5 years. The man cleaned up his act and started eating healthy, exercising, and doing many other things that would improve his health. A year later he went to the doctor and found out that his cholesterol was down to 150. The doctor told the man how proud he was of him and that, if he continued his new ways, he could live to be 100. The man was overjoyed and ran out of the doctors office smiling. However, as he crossed the street to get to his car he was hit by a truck and killed.

Do you know the moral of this story? Stop worrying about how long you're going to live and instead enjoy the time you have. It's wonderful that you're turning over a new leaf, but you really shouldn't worry about this right now. Just live your life.

Who knows really. As death is the luck of the draw ,if you try and eat and live a healthy life style you may live to be 100 or more,The best way is to enjoy life every day as we don`t know how long we each have ,some folks worry so much about how to live longer and miss out on real life.
All we can do is give it our best shot and do the healthy things and hope we live a long life.

With all things being considered you should live a full and complete life. As you stated... you started doing the right things. That is the generally the key to longevity. It is not possible for anyone to put a number on such a question. But you would not ask such a question anyway. You already said you were living right. Keep up the GOOD work!

I'm guessing from around tomorrow to up to 70 - 100 years from now, depending on health, lifestyle choices, and whether or not you don't get into things like being shot in a robbery, hit by a truck, or struck by lighting.

As long as u eat healthy and exercise and loose weight you'll be great. Don't loose too much though. You can live as long as God gives you in this world. No one really knows how long there gonna live. Good Luck.

you should live as long as you like. Don't worry about this, just be happy all the time and be helpful to others. We need people caring for each other.

You will live until you die. But there is one sure thing worrying about it will put you in an early grave. That old expression of, "you are worrying yourself to death," has a lot of truth in it. You best bet is true things like worrying about things like that over to God, that's his job to worry about things like that not your's. Let him do the worrying for the both of you.

Go to deathclock.com and see an estimate on how long you're going to live. You get to input data such as if you're a smoker or not, your BMI, DOB, etc and see an estimate with your kind of lifestyle. Check it out, it's kinda cool. :)

If you lose about 20 pounds and stay away from stuff that'll hurt you, you should live to be 100. Really. :)
